What is INSUARIA?
INSUARIA is a small online brand based in Whitman, Massachusetts, designed for every part of your day. We sell everyday clothing and accessories (hoodies, tees, a varsity jacket, beanies, totes and sling bags), activewear (sports bras, leggings, a workout tank and men's gym shorts), sleep and loungewear (bamboo pajamas, plush robes, a silk sleep mask and a bath soak), and home goods (soy candles and cotton throws). Our tagline is Designed for Everyday.
Who runs INSUARIA?

Where are your products made?
Our own clothing is made to order by our production partner after you buy, so nothing sits unsold in a warehouse. Activewear, accessories, home, wellness and bamboo items come from independent partner brands that ship from within the United States.
Orders
How will I know my order was received?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address used during checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email shopinsuaria@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Made-to-order clothing enters production quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Do you have a discount for first orders?
Yes. Use code WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order of $50 or more. The code does not apply to gift sets, which are already priced lower than buying each item separately.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Made-to-order clothing takes 2–4 business days to produce, and most US orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of purchase. Items from our US partner brands usually ship within 1–5 business days and typically arrive within 3–10 business days after shipping. See Shipping & Returns for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Orders with items from more than one partner ship separately, with a charge for each shipment.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed when each package ships.
Products, sizing and gifts
How do I choose a size?
Review the measurements on the product page and compare them with a garment you already own. Some INSUARIA pieces are intentionally relaxed or oversized. Our Size Guide explains how to measure.
Why might colors look slightly different?
Screen settings, lighting, natural materials, washed finishes and small production variations can cause slight differences in color or texture.
Do you have gift sets?
Yes. Our gift sets include a Hoodie & Bracelet Gift Set, a Fireside Candle Duo, a His & Hers Robe Set and Bamboo Lounge Essentials, each priced lower than buying the items separately.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Contact shopinsuaria@gmail.com first so we can give you the correct instructions. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us your order number and a photo and we will make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
