Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How your order is fulfilled
INSUARIA products are fulfilled in two ways:
- Made-to-order clothing (hoodies, sweatshirts, tees, polos and the varsity jacket) is printed to order by our production partner. Production takes 2–4 business days, and most US orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of purchase.
- Home, wellness and bamboo basics (candles, throws, robes, towels, sleepwear, socks, underwear and accessories) ship directly from our partner brands in the United States. These orders usually ship within 1–5 business days and typically arrive within 3–10 business days after shipping.
All delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you will always see the exact cost before you pay.
- Made-to-order clothing: priced by total order weight, starting at $3.40.
- Partner-brand items: calculated by the partner brand at checkout.
We do not currently offer free shipping. If your order includes items from more than one partner, it will arrive in separate packages and a shipping charge will apply to each shipment. Your checkout shows each charge.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as each package ships.
Order changes and cancellations
Email shopinsuaria@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Made-to-order clothing enters production quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Contact us at shopinsuaria@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can give you the correct instructions. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
